• Advised a client on the share transfer process, including reviewing the shareholding structure and key legal documents, such as the Articles of Association and Shareholders’ Agreement, to ensure compliance with Thai law. Prepared necessary documentation, including share transfer instruments and purchase agreements, guiding the client through each stage of the transaction.

• Conducted comprehensive legal research, analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law to support litigation and transactional work. Assisted the team in drafting briefs, memos, and legal documents, managed case files, and prepared summaries and reports.

Conducted trademark searches and analyses, responded to Office Actions and Notifications of Provisional Refusal issued by the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), and advised on trademark filing and prosecution strategies and processes.
