Manaswee holds an LL.B. from Thammasat University, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Edinburgh, and an LL.M. in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law from Peking University. He is a licensed attorney with the Lawyers Council of Thailand, a registered patent agent with the Department of Intellectual Property of Thailand, and a member of the Thai Patent Agents Society. He is fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
