May Thapsai is an associate at Lexpertise Law Firm with a primary focus on intellectual property, corporate law, and dispute resolution. She regularly handles trademark prosecution, renewal, assignments, oppositions, and appeals, both domestically and internationally. ​​In addition to her IP expertise, May advises on company formation, registration, and corporate governance matters, and plays a key role in supporting clients through contentious corporate and commercial issues. On the disputes side, she works on both civil and criminal litigation, including cases involving breach of contract, fraud, and regulatory offenses. Her experience includes assisting in complex disputes for prominent domestic and international clients.

May holds a Bachelor of Laws from Ramkhamhaeng University and is a licensed attorney with the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Outside the courtroom, she brings additional value to her legal practice through her qualifications as a licensed Investment Consultant and Life Insurance Agent, allowing her to advise with a broader understanding of the financial and insurance sectors.
