Assisted lead defense counsel in a high-profile environmental class action involving allegations of toxic contamination and health impacts related to gold mining operations. Served as a key litigation assistant in analyzing complex scientific evidence, including technical reports on tailings storage facility (TSF) stability and environmental toxicology, and supported the preparation of strategic legal submissions and the management of more than 500 evidentiary documents.

Assisted the litigation team in an intellectual property dispute involving alleged infringement of engineering blueprints and technical designs. Served as the primary drafter of legal submissions at the first-instance stage, supporting case analysis and evidence development through the review and organization of more than 100 technical and documentary records, and translating complex engineering information into clear and structured legal arguments under the guidance of senior counsel.

Represented clients in a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including commercial, civil, contractual, corporate, and regulatory disputes. Developed case strategies, drafted pleadings and submissions, conducted legal research, managed evidence, and represented clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Supported senior lawyers in complex disputes by preparing trial documents, reviewing and analyzing evidence, coordinating witness preparation, attending hearings and mediations, and conducting legal and factual research.

Advised clients on patent and design protection strategies, including freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, infringement analysis, patent and design landscape reviews, and risk assessments. Supported clients in evaluating IP risks and opportunities to inform R&D, investment, and commercialisation decisions.

Conducted legal analysis and preliminary case assessments, including issue identification, risk evaluation, and strategic considerations, to support client advice and decision-making across dispute resolution, corporate, regulatory, and IP matters.
