Tapanon Parnkaew is an Associate at Lexpertise Law Firm, focusing on dispute resolution, bankruptcy and business rehabilitation, and intellectual property litigation. With broad courtroom and advisory experience, he represents clients across a range of industries in commercial disputes, criminal cases, and IP enforcement matters.

Tapanon has acted for leading Thai companies in complex trademark and copyright litigation, as well as civil and administrative cases, including land disputes and government procurement matters. He also has an experience in financial crime-related litigation and criminal complaints involving co-plaintiff representation. In the field of restructuring and insolvency, Tapanon regularly advises on debt repayment procedures and business rehabilitation strategies, navigating the legal complexities of Thailand’s Bankruptcy Act to help clients protect their interests and recover outstanding claims. In addition to his litigation work, he supports clients with overseas trademark assignments and licensing matters, combining litigation insight with practical IP portfolio strategy.

Tapanon holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Leeds and an LL.M. in International Trade Law from the University of East Anglia, graduating with Merit. He earned his LL.B. from Assumption University and is a licensed attorney and notarial services lawyer in Thailand.
