In the field of restructuring and insolvency, Tapanon regularly advises on debt repayment procedures and business rehabilitation strategies, navigating the legal complexities of Thailand’s Bankruptcy Act to help clients protect their interests and recover outstanding claims. In addition to his litigation work, he supports clients with overseas trademark assignments and licensing matters, combining litigation insight with practical IP portfolio strategy.

Tapanon holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Leeds and an LL.M. in International Trade Law from the University of East Anglia, graduating with Merit. He earned his LL.B. from Assumption University and is a licensed attorney and notarial services lawyer in Thailand.
