Lexpertise Law Firm hosted an in-depth Mock Trial training session for our litigators. This comprehensive event was designed to enhance practical skills and strategic thinking. Participants were tasked with developing case theories, formulating compelling arguments, and leading witness examinations. By simulating real court proceedings, participants were able to practice and refine essential litigation techniques, including direct examination, cross-examination, and re-examination.
Our Managing Partner, Nandana Indananda, along with two counsels, presided as judges. They provided insightful commentary and constructive feedback throughout the sessions.
