Nandana Indananda is the founder and managing partner of Lexpertise Law Firm and one of Thailand’s most respected litigators, renowned for his expertise in complex, high-stakes disputes. With over 30 years of legal experience, including 12 years as a judge at the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, the Central Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of Thailand, Nandana brings rare judicial insight and strategic depth to every matter he handles.

Nandana specializes in high-value litigation across a wide range of practice areas, including commercial disputes, intellectual property, environmental law, digital law, data protection, tax, and competition law. Before establishing Lexpertise, Nandana served as partner and chief litigator at a prominent regional law firm, where he led several landmark IP and tech-related cases. At Lexpertise, he continues to act as lead counsel in precedent-setting litigation and enforcement actions. He holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Ramkhamhaeng University, and additional LL.M. degrees from Stockholm University, the University of Leicester, and the University of Hong Kong. He is also a licensed attorney and a Barrister-at-Law of the Thai Bar Association.
