Prior to establishing the firm, he was a partner at a regional law firm in Bangkok, where he was responsible for heading up its IP-Tech and litigation practices.

 

Nandana holds several advanced degrees in law from Stockholm University, University of Leicester, and the University of Hong Kong. He is also a Barrister-at-Law of the Thai Bar Association, where he currently serves as a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. Nandana is an active arbitrator at prominent arbitration institutes, including the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) and Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC). He continues to engage in extensive legal research and regularly contributes to authoritative legal journals. Additionally, Nandana is a highly sought-after speaker and lecturer at law schools and academic institutions across the country.
