The 2025 Mock Trial centered on a thought-provoking case involving AI-generated music, exploring complex questions on contract interpretation, intellectual property ownership, and the evolving legal challenges of technology in creative industries. The case scenario was developed by Partner Manaswee Wongsuryrat, who designed it to mirror the possible disputes faced in modern litigation practice.

The proceedings were presided over by a distinguished judge panel comprising all partners of the firm, Mr. Nandana Indananda, Mr. Wattanakit Thanarattananukul, and Mr. Manaswee Wongsuryrat, and joined by Mr. Vira Kammee, our newly appointed Of Counsel, a highly respected legal veteran and former co-founder of a leading Thai law firm. Their combined experience brought invaluable realism and mentorship to the session.
